Soul Reading and Healing Sessions
Soul Reading and Healing sessions are a favourite of my clients and myself. I connect 1:1 with your soul to help guide you on your life’s path. To heal the trauma originating in past lives, in this life, and to receive guidance on how to continue the healing on your own. I scan your chakras and work on removing energetic blocks and cords that are not for your highest good.
I find learning the reason and the source of these blocks and cords are very important in the healing process.

What are the Akashic Records:
The Akashic Records are a place that holds all the knowledge of the Universe, we each have a room within the records dedicated to our soul. I access the knowledge in your Akashic Record Room during a session.

My Process:
I typically start off the session by asking the Akashic Records what life the client needs to know about right now.
I then do a body scan looking for energetic blocks and cords that need to be released.
Depending on the reason behind the energetic blocks and cords we may go into some past lives where they originated.
I follow the client’s lead about what issues they want to work on, and I let the Akashic Records guide the Healings I do while I am in the client’s energy.
With the exception of the Written Soul Reading and Healing I do everything in real time with you.
The Session:
At our scheduled time click on the Zoom link that was emailed to you when you booked the session. I like to use Zoom so that I can record the session for you.
I like to dive right into the session to be respectful of your time. But it is your session, you can ask as many questions as you like, and share as little or as much as you want.
What you Get:
You will leave the session with a sense of clarity and understanding about your soul and your past lives.
You will feel empowered due to the guidance you received from the Akashic Records to help move you forward on your path of healing.
For Zoom sessions you will receive a recording which can help you be fully present in your session.

ZOOM SOUL READING AND HEALING
45 minute Distance Reading via Zoom.
In real time you can ask questions and learn about your soul from the perspective of the Akashic Records. Receive Energetic Healings guided by the Akashic Records and your Higher Self.
This session is recorded but you can take notes if you wish to.

WRITTEN SOUL READING AND HEALING
Ask the questions you have or receive the guidance and healings that are meant for you at this moment in time. You will receive a written transcript of my journey into your Akashic Records and the Energy Healings I am guided to perform.
Your transcript will be emailed to you within 3 days. The session will be approximately the equivalent to a 30 min session.
$90 CAD
IN-PERSON SOUL READING AND HEALING
45 minute session at Grounded Wellness in Spruce Grove will take place one Saturday a month.
